Thank you for using Dean’s App. Outlined below are the steps you can
take to ensure that your Dean’s App account is deactivated and that your
subscription is cancelled.
If you are using an iOS device and have a monthly Dean’s App
subscription, navigate to Settings on your device. From there, select your
name at the top and choose Subscriptions. From the Subscriptions Menu
you will be able to cancel your Dean’s App monthly recurring
subscription. Once this is done, you can safely delete Dean’s App itself
from your device by pressing down on the app icon and selecting Delete.
If you are on an iOS device but do not have a monthly recurring
subscription, simply delete Dean’s App from your device by pressing
down on the app icon and selecting Delete.
Android users should navigate to the Google Play App on their device.
From there, tap the profile icon at the top right and select Payment and
Subscriptions. Under the Subscriptions heading you will be able to
delete your Dean’s App monthly renewing subscription. After this,
simply delete the app from your phone.
To delete all associated account data such as references to your email or
device name not discarded after the deletion of the app, please email
support@deansapp.surgery with the subject line “Delete Account
Data”. This will eliminate all cached data from your account. Not
requesting this additional step will in no way keep your subscription or
Dean’s App account active should you have taken the steps outlined
above but is simply an additional option for those who wish all cached
data to be removed.
